    • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

      You may return your Revive Blends products purchased after seven
      days of delivery or pick up. Before you return the product, please notify Revive Blends by email
      as soon as possible. Not all products are eligible for return. There are few reasons you may return
      the product.
      These reasons may include; the product delivered was not what was ordered, the product is
      damaged or even defective, the product is counterfeit, or the product is incomplete or undersized.
      In other circumstances, if a customer changes their mind, then please give two days notice to
      Revive Blends upon delivery. In this case, the return will be processed only if the product is not
      tampered with in any way.
      Before returning the product, please ensure that all the seals, tags, accessories, and other
      documents that came with the product are intact and in their original state. If, in any case, the
      product is tampered with in any way, Revive Blends will not accept the return.
      Once a product has been returned, the Revive Blends will start to process the refunds. The
      refunds will be handled in seven to twelve days upon application of a refund. When refunds are
      given, the extra charges not associated with the product like transportation fee will not
      be included in the refunds. Any product returned because you changed your mind will be
      refunded only 85% of the cost charged. This will be used as the processing fee.
      Please take note that all the returning fees will not be handled by the Revive Blends. The
      shipping fee to return the product will be the full responsibility of the customer. If in any case
      the product is not returned in the specified time, the Revive Blends will cancel the return order.

    • SHIPPING INFO

       

      If you order a nearest pickup location; You will be given the privilege to choose where and when they want the product to be delivered. The delivery time depends on the distance and location that you chose.

      Every product has a different shipping fee depending on its size,
      fragility, and the distance of shipping. When shipping, the customer is allowed to change the delivery location before the product is dispatched.

      International shipping terms:
      All the international orders may be subjected to custom and duty fees upon arrival in the destination country. It is important to note that this fee will be paid to the
      client’s government or carrier service and is not collected by Revive Blends. We do not collect any extra fees or taxes on all our products when we ship internationally. You are asked to consider the import duties when the order is being made internationally.

      By placing an order with Revive Blends, you authorize us or our
      designee to facilitate shipment to your address. You also acknowledge that, pursuant to the customs laws of your place of delivery, the shipment may incur duties and import taxes upon
      delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local
      customs office.
